How can I know if my drinking is going a little overboard?
Alcohol drinking can be a way to loosen up and open up to people but, do we know when we are going overboard with our drinking and when it is actually taking over our lives?
At the end of the day, alcohol is a legal drug and it should be treated like one. So, you can surely drink alcohol but do it in moderation.
Plus, if you are at all into that fitness lifestyle that is becoming a trend nowadays, you just KNOW alcohol is going to ruin all your fitness progress so why not just drink once in a while to avoid the damage alcohol can do to your body?
Now, there are some clear signs we need to watch out for when alcohol is taking over and here are just some of them!
If you feel like you just HAVE to drink every weekend, then you may have problems ahead
Just because you party every other weekend it does not mean that you have to drink your butt off as well
I mean don’t get me wrong, some people make partying every weekend a lifestyle but, just because you party every other weekend it does not mean that you have to drink your butt off as well right?
You can alternate drinking and so that drinking every weekend does not become an unhealthy habit for you.

If you only happen to drink from time to time, why would you even feel guilty about doing it?
When you start feeling guilty about it, it may be that you are doing it too often and bad decisions are being taken while you are drinking.
