You’re probably wondering how that’s even possible but trust me, if you look really closely and pay attention to what the restaurant offers, you can actually score a healthy meal. You’ll be guilt-free and you will still be in shape t your favorite restaurant.

 

Subway

Yes, I know that friend chicken isn’t healthy but who says you’ll be eating fried chicken? What you’ll actually be indulging yourself in is some grilled chicken along with some green beans. It’s not only a healthy option but it’s also very tasty too! Give it a try the next time you go to KFC.

For those who love going to Wendy’s but decided to stop because of it being unhealthy, I must say you are wrong! You can actually eat the grilled chicken wraps sold there. If you don’t want to eat the wrap you can also choose from the salads, baked potatoes, and even chili.

 

Taco Bell

I LOVE Taco Bell. You have no idea how happy I was once I realized I could eat healthy at my favorite fast food restaurant. With healthy options like bean burritos, tacos and sides of beans how can you not be happy about being able to eat this without any guilt? However, as long as you remove the sour cream, cheese and use chicken instead of beef, you’ll be completely fine!

 

Chipotle

By simply getting rid of the sour cream and cheese you’ll be able to enjoy a burrito (I recommend however eating half of it). You can also indulge yourself in a burrito bowl or a salad if you’d like.
