Delicious And Mouthwatering Cookie Recipes
Guys, I have a confession to make. I feel terrible at saying this but I dont think I can hide it anymore. Im afraid that Im a cookieholic. I think its time to admit I have a severe case of it too. Im sorry but I saw a recipe one lonely time and I knew there was no going back. The most addicting cookie recipes are what made me this way. I know Im not alone on this but I was told I should talk about my problems. So I decided to dedicate an entire article to make my fellow readers as addicted as I am.
But seriously, on a more serious side-note, these cookie recipes are kids favorites and every adults sinful midnight snack (Im guilty). Most of these cookies require little effort. However, the really good cookies require some time but dont worry its all well worth it. Every single bite will make you wish youd had more and when you realize youre baking up to 2 batch of freshly baked cookies (also guilty).
Mouthwatering recipe number 1: Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies
I know you must be thinking how can such a simple and common recipe be on this list. Well I have to say classic is always amazing. Classic chocolate chip cookies will never go out of fashion. Besides, chocolate chip cookies are probably one of the first cookies youve ever tried and are the possible reason why you love cookies so much. However, if you want something slightly different I like adding any kind of nut into the cookie mix and then I bake them.
Gina Marie Miraglia Eriquez ?advices you to do the following:
Heat oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Using an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugars until fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes. One at a time, beat in the eggs, then the vanilla. Reduce speed to low and gradually add the flour mixture, mixing until just combined. Mix in the chocolate chips and nuts by hand.
Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of the dough onto baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
Bake, rotating the baking sheets halfway through, until golden around the edges but still soft in the center, 12 to 15 minutes.
My favorite second sinful recipe: Chocolate Crinkles
For preparation: Heat oven to 350 F. whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Beat the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs. Gradually add the flour mixture.
Form the dough into balls. Roll the balls in the confectioners sugar and place on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes.
I remember stealing this amazing recipe from one of my best friends. Definitely a life saver for my moments in which a cookie is needed urgently. Ive baked these bad boys multiple times for my neighbors and they adore me so much thanks to these cookies. These cookies are great to eat while youre in a party or small gathering.
